Terms and Conditions for Battlecats Wrestling Club

  1. Eligibility: Battlecats Wrestling Club is open to participants between the ages of 4 and 17. Parents or guardians of minors must sign a waiver of liability prior to participation.
  2. Safety: The safety of participants is the top priority of Battlecats Wrestling Club. Participants must follow all rules and guidelines set forth by the club, including the proper use of wrestling equipment and the prohibition of dangerous or unsportsmanlike conduct. Any children found to be endangering others or repeatedly disrespecting the coaches and rules will be asked to leave the club.
  3. Equipment: Participants are responsible for providing their own clothing such as a t-shirt and joggers.
  4. Coaching: Battlecats Wrestling Club is staffed by experienced coaches who are dedicated to helping participants develop their wrestling skills. Coaches have the right to remove any participant from practice or competition if they engage in dangerous or unsportsmanlike conduct.
  5. Training: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled practices and to arrive on time. Parents or guardians of minors are responsible for transportation to and from practices and events.
  6. Competition: Participants may have the opportunity to compete in wrestling tournaments and meets.
  7. Fees: There is a termly fee to participate in Battlecats Wrestling Club. If a child drops out of the term the fees are not refundable.
  8. Liability: Battlecats Wrestling Club, its coaches, and its staff are not responsible for any injuries that occur during participation in the club. Participants and their parents or guardians assume all risks associated with wrestling and release the club from any and all liability.
  9. Termination: Battlecats Wrestling Club reserves the right to terminate the participation of any participant who engages in dangerous or unsportsmanlike conduct.
  10. Refunds - Full refund- A full refund can only be given 2 weeks before the start of the term. Once a term has started a refund cannot be given.

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of Children's Wrestling Club.
